Anise leads the nose in this deliciously freshing Ginouzo Gin. Harmonious herbal notes, in particular star anise with orange, are supported gently with star anise, giving a round and full palate. The lingering gin botanicals with licorice undertones allow a satisfying finish.
Many enjoy this gin as it brings back memories of days gone by such as fun filled holidays with friends on sunny afternoons.
Best poured over shaved ice garnished with crushed mint leaves. Add ice or iced water, cola, pineapple juice or tonic water. It makes a delicious cocktail: 1 part of orange juice or squeezed lemon and lime; 1 part honey water; 1 part Ginouzo; then shake and pour over ice into your glass and top up with six parts prosecco.
