GinLemoni Limoncello Liqueur

One sip is all it takes to evoke bright, summery tastes of fruity lemon zest, with hints of gin florals. A unique twist to a traditional limoncello.

Tasting and Fragrance Notes:

Exceptionally intense and fragrant with a sweet, fresh citrus tang and strong lemon aroma. A smooth richly textured mouth feel, with tangy citrus mouth-puckering acidity and well balanced sweetness, followed by a gentle twist of floral notes.

Appearance: 

It has a lovely light golden hue with a fine trace of lemon sediment visible from our hand-crafting process.

Our Process:

We  use fresh high-quality peeled lemon zest macerated in our own Artisans Secret Premium Vodka, plus a gentle touch of our Aussie Dry Gin.  We prefer to use lemons from our own spray-free lemon trees on our distillery property or sourced locally. A hint of pure cane sugar is added to lightly sweeten. We proof it down to 27% ABV.

How to enjoy? 

Enjoy served from the fridge or freezer or over ice, after dinner, or as Cocktails, Highballs, Sours and Spritzes.

Our bottle presents well as a classic retro-antique hand-blown looking style of glass bottle.

Over time, a small amount of natural lemon oils may clump into thread-like particles within the Limoncello.  The separation of these oils from the alcohol occur as a natural process, as we choose to make our GinLemoni Limoncello using real lemons, not artificial flavouring or essences, and from lower temperature chill filtration to retain more natural lemon flavours.

Refrigerate or keep in the freezer after opening.
