What’s the Secret?
Great question! At Artisans Secret Distillery, we believe that every artisan has their own special secret. It is found within their own vision, innovative skills and in how they choose and use their materials to bring about a uniqueness to their hand-crafted product.
Therefore, our secret is found within our bottle: It’s a culmination of which grains, sugar, yeast or molasses we select to make our alcohol base; how we grow our botanicals, working sustainably – with the land, not against it; which botanicals we choose, and how we blend these during our distillation process.
Also, at the heart of our secret is the true artisan spirit to produce a product where just about everything is produced in-house, from making our own base spirit, fermentation, distillation, bottling, labelling and sealing by hand, ready to take home and enjoy. Small-batch spirits…no shortcuts or compromises!

Our Process
We are hands-on and love what we do. We brew our own base/neutral spirit and our focus is to distill our gin from garden to bottle. Many of the botanicals selected for our spirits are grown in our distillery gardens (spray free), or are sourced whenever possible from local suppliers and organic producers.
